Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and delivered through its worldwide network. When you open it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. These data may be processed in the USA and in other countries. I do not store or analyse them myself. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; for companies certified under it, the Federal Council recognises an adequate level of data protection. More in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check a request for attacks. The fonts are served from this website itself, so no connection to Google or any other font service is made.

Contact by email

If you write to me, your message and contact details are used only to answer your request and are not passed on. Emails to studio@lyev.ch are received and stored by the Swiss provider Infomaniak, which keeps its customers’ data in data centres in Switzerland.

Links to other services

This website links to Instagram, TikTok and Gumroad, where SwipeSort is sold. Data are only transferred to these providers once you click a link and visit their pages; their own privacy policies apply there. Purchases of SwipeSort are processed by Gumroad.

Your rights

You can ask which personal data about you are processed, and request that they be corrected or deleted. Just write to studio@lyev.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
